Campeche Playa European customers are being granted mortgage loans in euros for the first time in Mexico.

Campeche Playa European customers already have, for the first in Mexico, euro mortgage loans granted by BBVA Bancomer to Spanish and English buyers to finance their condominiums in the development.

BBVA Bancomer has been the first Mexican bank that offers this product in euros with the mortgage guarantee of a property in Mexico for European clients and makes it exclusively for customers of Grupo Mall.

The signing, which took place on Thursday, January 21 in Campeche, was attended by the attorneys-in-fact of these customers in order to facilitate them this process and to avoid them from moving from their home countries.

This fact is another proof that consolidates Grupo Mall as one of the most supported Spanish companies in Mexico, ensuring the investment of its clients on a project that, undoubtedly, will continue to attract the attention of the rest of the country and the world.
